« Marco in excellent host.. »

« We had a great week in Villa Talosa: the location and view are amazing, the villa is comfortable and well equipped, the pool is fine. Barbara, our host, was friendly, available and gave us some good advice, thanks again for your time ! To make it even better, outdoor living room and kitchen equipment should be improved to be in line with the standing of the villa »

« If you want a rustic experience you won’t be disappointed. Would have liked to have better instructions and wifi details.A better cleaning job is needed prior to new guest arrival. The host was very responsive and the beds were very comfortable. Pool area was gorgeous »

« We spent one week at Villa Ardene to celebrate our wedding. The place is breathtaking - definitely even more beautiful than the photos let on! The wedding dinner that Benedetta and her colleagues provided was just delicious! We highly recommend this place. »

« Wonderful house and host. Great location to explore Val D’orchia. »

« Beautiful villa!! Everything you think of when you dream of Tuscany. Fruit trees and herb gardens to pick and eat right then and there. Infinity pool to hang out in and enjoy the beautiful views of the country and of Montepulciano looming up on the hill. Spacious enough for our extended family to spread out and feel private, but close enough to each other to feel together. Perfect location. Great host. She made us a soup from the tomatoes and zucchini from her garden and just brought it over one...

« The owner was very helpful and receptive. The property was magnificent and location to village was outstanding. »

« I’d rate this about a 3-star stay. The area is lovely, but the unit was uncomfortable and over-monitored. There are around eight cameras outside, including one pointed at the bedroom window and several aimed at the pool and hot tub, very unsettling with kids. The hot tub, which we booked the unit for, never heated above 29C and was constantly overfilled with freezing water by the owners. When I asked how to heat it, the host was short and said I wasn’t allowed to adjust it.They also charge 1...

« Really loved the setting and the property and the pictures were very much exact! Our biggest problem was that the owner spoke no English at all and we didn't expect that as we had been traveling all over Italy and had not had any language problems! Luckily his brother was visiting from Rome and agreed to drive over and interpret for us! We loved the dinner he arranged to be cooked at the house for us! It would help to have some updated appliances, we had to have one person hold the "on"...

« Great place, super house, easy to access host. Quite comfortable and located in the heart of Val D’orcia… Easy to access lots of small beautiful villages, Arezzo and even parts of Humbria… I strongly recommend it! »

« The property was perfectly situated for what we wanted to achieve in Tuscany. The interior was comfortable There was plenty of room for outdoor seating, but no chairs or barbecue were available. Utilizing that outdoor space would’ve made our trip much more enjoyable, but still overall the property and the location were very satisfactory. »
