„Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!“

Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. „Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. "Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber, was ich wirklich positiv hervorheben möchte. Leider gab es aber einige deutliche Nachteile während unseres Aufenthalts – vor allem in Anbetracht des Preises. Die Zimmer waren viel zu warm. Draußen lagen die Temperaturen bei etwa 25 Grad, im Zimmer hatten wir jedoch 28 Grad. Auf unseren Anruf an der Rezeption wurde uns lediglich gesagt, wir sollten die Heizung ausschalten – eine Klimaanlage gäbe es Anfang April noch nicht. Das war für uns keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Wir haben dann die Balkontür geöffnet, allerdings rauchten die Gäste nebenan auf der Terrasse, sodass der Rauch direkt in unser Zimmer zog – besonders unangenehm, vor allem in der Schwangerschaft. Zusätzlich war das Hotel sehr hellhörig und liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Tankstelle, deren Waschanlage auch an Feiertagen früh morgens läuft, was für zusätzlichen Lärm sorgt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt trotz der Sauberkeit nicht erholsam und für den Preis leider enttäuschend."
