„Calogero is an incredibly warm person. Not only was he always available to answer questions, he also gave us lots of tips. What is worth visiting or where are good and cheap restaurants with local cuisine. The apartment matches the description. Everything was also very clean and well maintained. „Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und modern. Das GebĂ€ude selber ist sehr alt, aber wenn man nach drinnen kommt ist man ĂŒberrascht von der renovierten Einrichtung. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein angrenzendes Bad und sind sehr sauber und groß. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung liegt neben einem CafĂ©, dass bis 2 Uhr morgens Live Musik angeboten hat. “

„Our host was quick to respond to our request. He sounded friendly, but with contactless checkin, we never met him.The accommodation is basic. The windows do not close tightly, and let in a lot of noise from the traffic and from the tram terminus outside the window. It is not an attractive area. Parking is difficult. Anita's cafe across the tram tracks is good.You can walk to a grocery store in 10 minutes. The historic center is a comfortable 20 minute walk and is very interesting. “

„Beautifully renovated one bedroom apartment with all the amenities, better than we ever expected! The location is excellent, close to the city center with tons of restaurants. Parking can be a problem so it's actually better if you don't have a car but if you do, the owner can help you find a parking garage. The owners are very helpful.“

„The upstairs bedroom has a stair case, it really needs a hand rail. I would like to mention that it can be noisy late at night because it is located on a busy street.Over all David is the most attentive person and is so knowledgeable about Palermo. „Ich bin mit einem Kumpel verreist und wir brauchen zwei separate Betten, er bekam eine Schlafcouch und diese ist fĂŒr 5tage einfach zu ungemĂŒtlich.als PĂ€rchen wĂ€re die Wohnung perfekt. Das Schlafzimmer ist super dunkel und vom StraßenlĂ€rm bekommt MAN wenig mit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos auch als wir Stromausfall hatten, wusste der Vermieter sofort per WhatsApp was zu tun ist. Anscheind kein Einzelfall, denn wir hatten es 3 mal an 5tagen. „This is not your ordinary place to stay. Everything about the stay was 5 stars. Francesco is a fabulous host. The place is like a walk back in time. You could spend days just admiring the many antiques that adorn every inch of the place. The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. I literally can not think of a bad thing to say.
