« Our host Guiseppe was attentive and engaging. Although we didn’t access the pool, we accessed the area and as every pool area with foliage and droppings would have benefitted from a twice daily cleaning. The weather in late September was magnificent. The area is green and very hilly, but so Italian with its green abundance of foods and wines.We loved the older traditional furnishings, clean sheets, towels and hot water. « This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. « The villa is so cute and charming. Super close to the city center. Giuseppe was incredibly kind, even drove us around and showed us where things were! Perugia was our favorite destination (and we went to a few big places)! It is absolutely beautiful. So so worth it! »

"The hotel and facilities were very good, the staff at the restaurant and the desk was very friendly and efficient. However, there was a constant lack of clean towels at the room, on day of arrival there was one large towel for two guests, the last day there were no towels at all. The staff at the reception was helpful on sorting this unecessary problem"
