„Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,“

When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. “

„The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new.“

„Appartamento prenotato per 4 ma utilizzabile solo da 2. Il divano letto era rotto, il proprietario era a conoscenza del problema ma non ha avvissato nessuno. L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa.
