When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here.“

„Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten: es ist genug Platz für 5 Erwachsene inkl. Reisegepäck, das sich gut in den vorhandenen Schränken unterbringen lässt. Das Apartment ist mit 2 Bädern und einer großen Essküche ausgestattet, zentral gelegen mit Blick auf den Kanal und sehr sauber. Man erhält eine sehr gute Wegbeschreibung und trotz fehlender Rezeption war der Kontakt jederzeit vorhanden. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.“

„This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!“
