« Les photos mises en avant sur le site ne correspondaient pas Ă  la chambre que nous avons eu. C'Ă©tait tout petit, nous avions du mal Ă  nous glisser autour de la table. Pour faire la vaisselle, il fallait se pencher sur la gauche pour ne pas se cogner Ă  l'angle de la hotte. Le 2Ăšme lit n'Ă©tait pas fait et nous n'avons pas eu de mĂ©nage de la semaine. Globalement, l'hĂŽtel est dans la zone trĂšs animĂ©e 24h / 24h. Le simple vitrage des fenĂȘtres n'empĂȘche pas les bruits d'entrer. Sans parler des...

« My daughter is studying in Prato for 4 months. Although the location was outside the walls it turned out to be great. Andrea is a great host. The place was very clean and comfortable. It was great having a washer there. Everything has been updated. It is a clean and functional space . The location on the walking path is great. »

"Fuite d'eau au plafond avec des grosses gouttes pile sur la tĂȘte en plein dans la tĂȘte juste, personnel Ă  l'accueil absolument dĂ©sagrĂ©able et ça jette vos affaires comme votre brosse Ă  dent et dentifrice sans demander l'autorisation et en passant, c'est indiquĂ© qu'il y'a un navette gratuit pour l'aĂ©roport et bien prĂ©parez vous Ă  30€ pour faire 5km et 60€ si l'aller retour avec le taxi car il n'y en pas. Vous voilĂ  prĂ©venu. Pour moi c'est la derniĂšre fois avec cette hĂŽtel."
