Chambres d’hôtes à Gare de Vico Equense

« The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. I paid for a room with kitchen facilities and got a room that was not what I paid for. I loved Vico Equense, but wouldn't recommend Scaramellino. PS.A welcome bottle of water would've been a nice gesture,as...
