The only misunderstanding was that we would receive a text if we could get in before 4:00 and I never got that text. I got an email instead and never noticed that until after 4:00. « We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there. »
