„Excellent food“

„Beautiful classic Georgian country Pub. Big comfortable room with a huge bathroom. The bed was also big and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the pub so cannot comment on that, but the village has several nice places to eat.“

„ganz tolles Hotel sehr gerne kommen wir wieder,“

„Loud. Incredibly loud. First, they gave no indication that the room I was staying in opened directly onto the street. The door lock was strange, perhaps just something I'm not used to, but I struggled with ensuring that it was locked during the night. (I work in a technical field, I'm not dim, but jeez, I felt stupid) Considering people milling around outside the pub at night were quite drunk, shouty, and possessed of questionable decision making, I ended up putting a chair in front of the door ...

„Tolle Unterkunft mit netten Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sind vom Pub separat. Wir haben Nachts nichts gehört :-)“

„Over all not the stay we were hoping for. The carvery roast and breakfast was good and the staff were nice. But the spa was not included in the room cost as described making it not worth £148 a night, the 4 poster bed was not as described in the online photos and the bedroom window opens up over another rooms private hot tub where they allow other guests to smoke all night filling our room with smoke.“

„Friendly welcome, nice dinner znd breakfast buffet. Great seating area with playground for kids nd table tennis, will come back in summer “

„Nice and fresh room. Lovely staff. Extra milk/tea/coffee on corridor table and toothbrushes for those who require them. Dog bowls, treats and blankets if bringing your pooch. Food was lovely.“

„Sehr freundliche Eigentümer und sehr tolle Crew. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Ruhige Lage mit tollem Ausblick.“

„Really enjoyed our stay. It was a shame we couldn’t get breakfast as it’s not offered.“
