Home of the famous Bakewell pudding, this wonderful market town has retained its quaintness, whilst also feeling bustling and vibrant. Just 5 miles away is Chatsworth, which has fabulous walks and a wonderful historic building to explore; it is the venue for events and offers plenty of things to do, with an adventure playground for younger visitors. Castleton is 13 miles away and hosts the famous Blue John stone, caverns and cave tours.


Set over two floors, this fabulous property has been designed with colour and flair, to give you a holiday experience to remember. There is a cosy and stylish lounge, with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner to bring extra warmth to your evenings. Throws and blankets are available for you to snuggle under and enjoy your morning tea and coffee or an evening drink. The kitchen is a beautiful open space where you can come together to cook and dine, and where you can comfortably seat up to six people. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with four-poster beds which add a touch of luxury to the bright airy bedrooms. Both enjoy the privacy of an en-suite shower room and colour themes that are designed to blend with the overall feel of the property, but with some individual features to make each room stand out.


There are two spaces to enjoy outside: the gravelled courtyard for your morning coffee or evening meal and drinks. Also the decking area with a hot tub and mood lighting, so you can enjoy the stars and bubbles in the warm glow of an evening. The property has a parking space for one vehicle at the top of the shared driveway.

- Due to being in a residential area, outside noise is not permitted after 10pm
- Pubs and shops within 0.2 miles
- Off-road parking for 1 car, additional parking is available in the council car parks in the town centre
- Electric Vehicle charging point available, shared between both cottages on a first come first served basis.
- Massage and aromatherapy treatments can be booked at the property - the owner will provide further details
- This property can be booked alongside the owners adjacent cottage, Knowsley which sleeps a further 6 guests
