El hotel denego el check in alegando que la habitación se encontraba fuera de servicio. Nunca informó con anticipación esto y es claro que habían sobrevendido las habitaciones.

vi fick inget boande där i hotelet , tyvärr hotelet kunde inte erbjuda mig något room där .. jag hamnade i svårt situation .. då hittade jag ett annat boende . jag är fortfarande väntar på min återbetalning hos hotels...

Unfortunately everything i saw in your site was wrong and they have a lotvof roll to charge more , they charged more than 200 $ more , if i didn't pay before i wouldn't stay one minute there, this hotel less than 3 star , unfortunately i lost my times there ,

Awful - Avoid - Room sold on.
I arrived at the hotel only to find out my room had been sold on. I waited over an hour for what I can only assume was for one of the two receptionists to pluck up the courage to tell me that they were planning to put me in a taxi & send me 20mins out of the city centre to another hotel. I asked to be down graded to any available room or even pay extra just to stay in that hotel in that location which had been the only reason I had picked the hotel in the first place. At the time of booking (which had been months in advanced) there were plenty of cheaper hotels on the outskirts of the city if location wasn’t important to me. I made a last minute search for a nearby hotel but with nothing local available I had no option but to get in the cab which dropped me at another hotel 15mins away who knew nothing about the situation & refused to give me a room. While I was trying to contact hotels.com who had me in a queue the taxi driver reappeared and asked me to get back in his taxi where he drove for a further 5mins before dropping at another hotel (Instanbul Gold) who did know about the situation. They offered me a room but I was so unhappy with the location I made another attempt to call hotels.com but again just held in a queue. I also emailed & tweeted. In the end I had no choice but to take the room. The area was awful, poor street lighting & unfinished pavements & roads. I required 9 taxis over the following 2 days of the trip. Something I wouldn’t have with original location.

I would like to give this property no stars but I have to give it 1 star for location. I booked the hotel for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Upon arrival I was told that there was an issue witht the room and Expedia had been innformed, I had not heard from Expedia so it was news to me. I was offered a room in another hotel miles away from where I was, so not accepted. They did however have a small room available for an extra charge, having no real choice I paid the extra. It was small, with no natural light, no controllable air-con so room was stifling at night and freezing during the day. Location excellent. Obviously the room I had booked had been sold at the higher price. I wasn't the only person to have been caught out by this and this hotel is not the only one to do this unacceptable practice. I have compleined to Expedia about this and they are currently on zero stars for their (NON) response.

Bij aankomst bleek er geen kamer beschikbaar, allemaal stuk !! Maar 'natuurlijk' was al iets geregeld: 10 minuten met de auto (1 uur lopen). Heb geen bewijs maar lijkt op oplichting.

I paid for one extra night before I arrived to ensure I could check in to my room straight away. I informed Expedia and the hotel that this was my intention and yet I still had issues checking in and finding my reservation. I was given a lesser room than I booked before staff had realised the error. Simply not good enough service by Expedia or the hotel!
