Summary:

A historic two-bedroom loft with a balcony overlooking the Caspian Sea and part of the Formula 1 route. The third-floor, stairs-only apartment sleeps up to 4 guests on a queen-size bed, single bed and always-available floor mattress.



The Space:

The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. The main bedroom has one queen-size bed approximately 160 × 200 cm. The loft sleeping area has one single bed and one separate, always-available floor mattress, both approximately 90 × 200 cm. Maximum capacity is 4 guests. The loft ceiling height is owner-reported at approximately 2.2 m. The balcony has a Caspian Sea view and a partial view of the Formula 1 route. The ornate hearth is decorative and inactive. The apartment has a gas stove.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the balcony. The building entrance, stairs, and common areas are shared with neighbors. Self check-in is available from 15:00, and detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on Zarifa Aliyeva Street, close to Baku Boulevard, the Caspian Sea promenade, Sahil area, luxury shopping, restaurants, cafes, the Old City, Maiden Tower, and the F1 track area. It is one of the most premium central locations in Baku.



Getting Around:

Baku Boulevard, Sahil, and many central attractions are walkable. Ride-hailing apps are widely available, and taxis can usually reach closer to the building than in pedestrian-only areas. Paid and street parking may be available nearby depending on time and availability. Baku Airport is usually around 25–35 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. Ride apps such as Bolt and local taxi apps are widely used in Baku.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is reached by stairs and there is no elevator. The loft area has a lower ceiling, so taller adults should be careful upstairs. Please keep voices low on the balcony and in shared areas, especially in the evening. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Smoking, pets, parties, and events are not allowed. The apartment is prepared for the booked guest count; tell us before arrival if you prefer separate beds or need the floor mattress prepared.

Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Subject to availability and written confirmation, early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are USD 15 each; arrival before 13:00 generally requires booking the previous night. Luggage storage can be arranged for USD 15 per day. Airport transfer can be arranged for USD 25 for up to 3 guests or USD 50 for up to 7 guests. Optional services are confirmed only after our team replies through the booking platform.
