« I stay in this area a couple times per year and I've had some hit and miss bookings. This property exceeded my expectations. It was sparkling clean. The complex was quiet, and it's just a block from 2nd Street, a great place to stroll, dine, and shop. Although I didn't use the kitchen, it appeared adequately supplied . There is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. There is air conditioning, which is handy in this hot summer weather. My experience was great. I will definitely stay here again. »

« This is my 3rd year coming back and staying in Long Beach. Although I’m never terribly fussy about the decor or property, I can say that location was a key. I’m only there to sleep and out and away for most of the time. Neighbors were friendly and polite. Thank you. »

« Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. »

« Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. »

« It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there. »

« Scott was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the property prior to check in, check in was seamless and so easy. We LOVED the apartment! The location was perfect, near grocery store and quick easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were super comfy. We loved the use of beach chairs also. The garage was plenty big enough to store bikes we had rented and the washer and dryer were so nice to use. Thank you!! »

« The property was clean and a wonderful location! We were there for my son’s wedding. Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! »
