Beautiful Property - but bring fans!

We (three families) booked this property for a summer getaway, and naturally, it ended up being during a great wave. Still, we had an amazing time!!! The kids were in the lake from morning till night, and the lake is shallow enough that even the toddlers could enjoy the water. The lake is pretty chill, and the house has everything you could need. Our only complaint was the lack of A/C. There were a couple units in a couple bedrooms, but not in all of them. We were a large group and used all the bedrooms so our kids were sleeping in bedrooms that were 80-85F or warmer. We had the windows open and fans going, but it was just HOT. Not that the host can control the weather, but central air would make this place just perfection!

60th birthday girl’s getaway

PERFECT!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of room, CLEAN!, perfect deck, warm shallow lake, caught fish one after the other off the dock, can’t say enough good about the house. Have rented lots of summer houses all over MI, this is by far the best.

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first! The host has made beautiful as well as functional updates to the property, such as fresh paint, new fixtures, new kitchen sink, and added a dishwasher. We had four families staying and everyone had a wonderful time.

Peaceful retreat close to ATV trails

This is our family’s 2nd time renting this home and will more than likely try to rent it again next year. So close to the trails. Rode over 200 miles in our SxS’s and on 4-wheelers, couldn’t ask for a better location to come back to relax in.

Fantastic Getaway

Beautiful, clean, exactly as promised. Plenty of room. Beds super comfy, kitchen stocked with whatever you need to cook with. Extra towels and linens, plenty of pillows. Outdoor patio was perfect. The lake is clean. There is a convenience store close by.

Great Place with Plenty Space

I purchase a cottage for a few days as a Christmas present for my adult children. I can not explain how much this vacation means to me. I love spending time with my kids and grand kids and friends. We had a great time and can not wait to go back next year!

Lovely Space

Ryan was extremely communicative and accommodating to our family for our vacation. The space was exactly what we needed for our family! However, it was communicated to us that our 23ft boat would fit and the lake is very shallow with no good boat ramp (Sandy and shallow) so we were unable to use our boat. Upon arrival one of the rooms had a bat in it that we were able to catch and release, and there was a critter in one of the ac unit tubes that scurried once we bumped it. These don’t feel like things against Ryan or the space, just helpful to know for your booking.

Very comfortable house and amazing lake view!

We loved staying at this property! The early check in was so appreciated, so thank you so much! The outdoor decks were so great to have and the house was so comfortable. The outdoor fortunate was hugely appreciated as well! The air conditioning units upstairs were a very nice surprise for us too. The kitchen was very spacious and quite well stocked. We could have used a few more large cookie sheets for cooking bacon in the oven but we made do with the little ones that were there. We thought the kitchen could maybe use an island for working on but weren’t positive how it would fit best. We did use the smaller table in the kitchen for some extra work space and that was great! A small lamp in the living room area would have been nice but not absolutely necessary! Overall, a very nice place to stay and we look forward to staying there again next summer!! Thank you so much!

Awesome Lake House

My friends and I had PLENTY of room for all of us to have fun. Sit on the deck, wade in the water, play cards, plenty of cooking, tons of space and lots of memories. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very Relaxing Spot

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Back patio, huge firepit and access to the water were our favorite features. Everyone (ages 3 to 64) enjoyed their stay and would stay here again!

A little bit of everything in one place💗

My family visited primarily to ride the trails on our ATVs/ORVs. This house is super close to the trails and the kids enjoyed fishing off the peer each evening. The house was clean and the host made our check-in and check out really easy. Will most definitely book this house again!
