« Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. « This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. It was 3 minutes from the Country Club where the reception was and maybe 5 minutes to the Grooms parents house. I wanted to cry having to leave! Thank ya’ll so much for having us and providing a fabulous place. »

« Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. »

« This is an awesome property. The arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for family to have privacy but also plenty of nice, comfortable space. The lower level was full of entertainment choices for all ages and it brought cousins together no matter their age. The kitchen was well- equipped for all levels of cooking and dining. « We had a great time here! The house was clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, smart TV in living room and upstairs where our teen slept. He loved having the whole top floor to himself. The bathrooms were large and had plenty of hot water. The outside was our favorite part. We loved playing in the creek. Beware of wildlife (it is the woods) we saw bear tracks and a large snapping turtle. We helped him find his way safely back down creek. The property is beautiful. It was great having...

« Home was clean and neat with a cabin feel. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. One thing, no garbage cans on site.. »
