« The room was dirty. Hair in the sink , bath tub, and bathroom floor. Toilet seat was not properly mounted and moved all over the place. Items were not replenished at breakfast and the tables were a mess. »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« The hotel was filthy. Water damage. Needs updating desperately. We also had to take cold showers because there was no hot or even warm water. Never again. »

« Un bel hotel au confort design situé à une trentaine de minutes de Chicago en voiture.. Des restaurants au pied de l'hôtel.... Véhicule conseillé. Une belle vue des chambres situées au delà du 10 étages. Les familles semblent aussi être la bienvenue , l'accueil est très aimable. »
