« While the property was neat and orderly inside, the back patio space and fire pit were unusable because there are rats outside. It was very disappointing that we were unable to sit outside for fear of rats touch, biting or crawling on or around us. Also, the stairs leading to the upper two bedrooms are very steep and those two rooms were very hot and only had fans. »

« DO NOT COME HERE. The moment I turned on the light in the Kitchen a mouse ran behind the refrigerator. There was no OVEN, just a toaster oven that was filthy. The blinds had caked on grease and dead bugs attached to it. The living room had furniture that looked like it came from a yard sale, all of the furniture had some kind of coverings which had holes or were horribly wrinkled. The walls had pictures that were actually taped to the walls with packing tape(not kidding). The bathrooms...

« Very nice home with good sized bedrooms. Delicious deli within walking distance. The hosts answered all our queries very quickly. All amenities were as stated, but guests should know there are not interior stairs between the bedroom levels. Think of it as two apartments. This wasn’t an issue for our group. Everything was very clean! »

« The house looks exactly how it looks in the listing. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was coffee, tea with the necessary accoutrements. A bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms and a fourth in the hall off the dining room. The hosts are SUPER responsive and even set up parking for us ahead of our stay. The location is terrific with short walk to Florida Ave where you can find a coffee shop and a few restaurants and I was able to quickly order groceries a couple of times during my stay....
