« Lovely room, with a very nice bathroom. The hotel was well located within a 2 min walk from the centre of town which made an evening walk around the old sights very enjoyable. The parking was off site but very close by. The restaurant and bar were very nice. An open area for making the home made pizza was lovely and the breakfast was also very nice. The morning staff that served us at breakfast were very friendly and helpful even making a special sausage for our dog as a treat ! Highly...
« Well presented within walking distance of town centre, pub's and restaurants. Anne/Dave đ(building manager) was lovely, she worked hard to keep the place so clean and nothing was a problem if you asked đ stairs were challenging to the top floor but we managed and wi-fi was a bit sketchy (none at all in our room) hopefully it will be sorted by the owner. « Lovely friendly place to stay ,staff were amazing and couldnt be more helpful.Only downfall was they did not do food ,we had a busy schedule and had to go out very early for breakfast ,no private parking but could park on street at side of property also no lifts so no good to people who are disabled »
« Very enjoyable stay at The Cheshire Cheese Inn, staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the evening meal and the food quality was excellent and the service great. Nothing was too much trouble and the team chatted to us throughout the evening. Breakfast the following morning was top notch (my particular favourites being the sausage and bacon). « The restaurant was lovely and the staff very friendly. The food was good value for money. We went to Wentworth Woodhouse Flower Show and it is a very easy walk. There is also a large garden centre very near. There was plently of parking at the property and the bedroom was huge. Very good place to stay. »

« Elevator from parking garage was out of order. Had to carry my suitcase up 8 flights of stairs to access the hotel lobby. Asked staff at checkin to comp the 5GBP parking charge but they said the car park was owned by the town and they couldnât do anything about it. This is unacceptable. The staff should have provided vehicular access to the lobby for unloading which would have been possible under the circumstances. »
