Situated in the heights of Bandol with its sea view, you'll find peace and quiet here.
The accommodation
Quiet accommodation, located at the bottom of a villa, its location is appreciated by tenants.
Close to all the shops (10 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car), you can get to the town centre in 20 minutes (on foot) and 5 minutes by car.
What's more, a small square with a pétanque court is just a few minutes away.

This 70m2 T3 flat has a living/dining room with a sofa bed with hotel mattress, dining table and TV. Board games are available for family entertainment.

A separate kitchen opening onto an outdoor terrace with a charcoal barbecue.
It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge + freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine (a welcome basket with some pods and tea will be offered), a blender, a kettle and a toaster.

You will also have everything you need for cooking, as well as basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, etc.).

Household products are also available.

You can have lunch on the terrace with a sea view, on a dining table with a parasol. Chilis are available.

The accommodation has a wifi connection.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
There is no washing machine.

The first bedroom has a sea view and sleeps in a 140x190cm bed, with a main bathroom with shower and washbasin adjacent to it.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be made into a double bed (180X190cm) with a wardrobe.
Pillows and duvet are provided.

The WC is separate from the bathroom.


You can park up to 2 cars.

Baby equipment is available on request free of charge.

The accommodation is in a gated villa.
Two parking spaces are available.

From Bandol station, the accommodation is a 13-minute walk and a 3-minute drive.
From the Bandol motorway exit, it is a 6-minute drive.
Other remarks
Sheets and towels are not provided. They can be rented, thank you to mention it to me at the time of your reservation.

Arrivals are by appointment between 15H and 20H, after this time, an entry in autonomy can be made.
