Das Hotel lang sehr Central, das Essen war sehr Asiatisch , das Zimmer war sehr feucht die Bettwäsche war so feucht das ich ein Handtuch unter mir gelegt habe und mit den anderen Handtuch mich zugedeckt habe ein Bild für die Götter , man konnte auch nicht lüften da die Fenster zu waren was ich persönlich eine Katastrophe finde . Das personal war sehr nett .

Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft
Ein sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmer. Tagsüber wird es aber im Zimmer bis zu 28 Grad, trotz eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Auch hatte ich nicht immer warmes Wasser zum duschen. Das Internet war sehr langsam. Infolge eines Konzertes gegenüber war es auch 2 Tage lang sehr laut. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde zugesagt aber nicht eingehalten. Aus diesen Gründen würde ich hier nicht mehr buchen obwohl es zu einer meiner Lieblings Hotelketten gehört.

The area makes it attractive.
This is a nice and comfy place to stay if you want to be in the center of Bangkok. Mbk is Directly around the corner, so this hotel is in a really central area.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit vom Geschehen entfernt. Dementsprechend ruhig ist es in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist die Umgebung ziemlich dreckig. Die Zimmer sind schön und soweit sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut und die Matratzen sind sehr hart.

Business Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge und für Shopping. Vier große Einkaufzentren sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hotel ist sehr sauber aber schon etwas verwohnt. Die S-Bahn vor dem Haus ist sehr laut und die Zimmer sind auch hellhörig.

The place was close to the best shopping malls and had excellent views of the city.The staff was excellent, friendly, efficient and had work ethic and like most places in the east( unlike North America) didn’t expect a tip for excellent service. スタッフの対応はすごく良かった。 立地も良いし、治安も悪くないかな？ 全体的に、コスパ良くて満足度高かったです。 ちょっと残念だったのは２日間くらいバスタオルとかトイレットペーパーを置き忘れられたことだけど、言えばすぐ対応してくれたし、日本じゃないから仕方ないのかなって思います。 テレビもいろんな国のが見れるし、朝食も無料とは思えない種類の多さでよかったです。

Location was good, close enough to shopping centres yet away from the noisy traffic. Staff were professional. Only complaint is that the aircon in the rooms could be a bit colder as when you get back to your room all you want to do is cool off from the heat outside. I would recommend this hotel.

So many great things about this hotel and the staff. However the morning breakfast is not. The food was vey cold every morning, and we were there for 5 nights. Some of the sauces I am sure were even spoiled as they didnt smell that great. My wife ended up with a terrible upset stomach and sure the food was possibly prepared too early in the morning and wasnt the "best" choice to eat after it was sitting out too long in the morning cold.

Close to the skytrain and McDonald restaurant was a bonus being right outside the lobby. Bedroom was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate except for choice of cereal. Only cornflakes and Coco pops. Muesli or porridge would have been nice. I would stay here again when I next visit Bangkok.
