Tolles Hotel
Tolles Hotel mit super-freundlichem Personal. Schöne Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und eine schöne Bar mit etwas Live-Musik. Alles in allem ein Klasse-Hotel mit Wiederholfaktor.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Das Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Möbel und Teppich alt und machen einen sehr gebrauchten Eindruck. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Wer ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Lifte hat kann ständig hören wenn diese in Bewegung sind. Auch Nachts. Positiv ist die Zimmergrösse anzumerken. Sehr ausreichend für zwei Personen.

Praktisch gelegen und sehr gut
Wir waren für eine Nacht dort, da unser Weiterflug nach Hong Kong erst am nächsten Tag war. Sehr praktisch gelegen in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens Suvarnabhumi. Check-in und Check-out gingen sehr schnell und problemlos über die Bühne, Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer waren nicht riesig, aber schon geräumig und vor allem sauber. Zwar haben wir das Hotel wegen der Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens gewählt, aber auch der Anschluss an die BTS (Hochbahn) ist gut, in ca. 5 min. mit dem Taxi ist man an der Station, und das für etwa 1 Euro. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Für ein -zwei Nächte ok
Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel ca. 30min vom Flughafen entfernt als reines Durchgangshotel ok,Rezeption und Bar nettes Personal gutes Frühstück Restaurant zum Abendessen ist ok, aber ums Hotel herum tote Hose keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe man müsste schon mit dem Taxi irgendwohin fahren.

Wir haben dieses Hotel nur zur reinen Übernachtung gebucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, europäisch und asiatisch gemixt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauerte ca. 30 min.

Top Hotel der oberen Klasse mit sehr freundlichen und überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereiten Personal. Gemütliche, große Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Allerdings außerhalb des Zentrums; als Urlaubshotel zwecks Stadterkundung also zu weit weg. Ich nutzte es als Flughafenhotel, daher alles TOP!

The most appealing thing about your hotel is the staff before arriving at your hotel i had all my money and cards stolen in Amman Jordan when the staff at the hotel became aware of my situation the staff couldnt have been more helpfull from the manager to the porter out the front of the hotel .Especially Salfee the porter who delivered me to the shopping centre to collect emergency money from Western Union upon leaving his vechile he gave me some cash which i didnt think i would need however i could not find the bank and had to get a taxi back to the hotel with Salfees money the next day he came on his day off with his wife and child and took me in his own car to the shopping centre to find the bank even he had trouble finding it so by myself i didnt have a hope of finding the bank others who helped me were the girl at recption who spoke very good English the man in charge of the dining room who gave me a free meal when i still had no money and of course the manager so you can see why i can not speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel i have paid backSalfee the money he lent me with interest and told him he must learn english and he will go a long way with the attitude towards his work and customers he has thanks for everthing Kenneth Ballantyne

The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . When we needed to use the shuttle it was very easy to coordinate and enjoyed the fresh bakery items.available for purchase. Thanks.novotel
