Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und wir werden wieder kommen. Lage, Personal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt. Und natürlich sehr kinderfreundlich. Wir hatten mit unseren 2 wilden Jungs einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Am Besten Executive buchen, weil man da einfach mehr Leistungen drin hat. Thank you dear Novotel Platinum staff! Alin was amazing. Front desk excellent. housekeeping team were friendly. location was near to places that we love to eat and shop. it would be fanastic is the chiller in the room be colder. it wouls definitely be great if rooms could have a small side table as we loved to snack in the room of the local delights.

دائما اشكر الفنادق التي احجزها من خلالكم اما هذا الفندق نفسية الموظف سيئة للغاية مع اني حاولت امزح معه واكون ودوده الا انه ينظر لي بعين الغضب مع ان التايلنديين معروف عنهم بشوشين وودودين.. اما الغرفة مع انه قال انها اكبر من غرفتي الا انني لم اشعر بالراحة من حيث النظافه اولا والغريب ان نعال الحمام )سليبر( غير جديد مستعمل والصوفا يوجد عليها بقعة والفراش لم اشعر بالراحه لذلك فرشت ملابسي ونمت عليهم.. أسف عالاطالة واعتذر على التقييم السيء.. ا حاولت ألتقط صور ولكن لا اعرف ارسالها .. وشكرا على اهتمامكم بي
