Junges Personal, hilfsbereit, noch lernfähig, sehr konzentriert, deshalb etwas langsam. Tolles Hotel, gern wieder. Lage sehr zentral 100m neben dem NanaPlazza (Sukhumvit), kann man aber ohne Probleme über Nebenstraßen umgehen. Unmittelbare Anbindung an die Hochbahn. Strassenküchen die Straße rauf und runter. 7-Eleven direkt gegenüber. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (12-18).

Das preisleistungsverhältnis war wegen covid-19 natürlich ausgezeichnet. das Frühstück mager und deshalb zu teuer! Es empfiehlt sich deshalb, das Hotel ohne Frühstück zu buchen. Covid bedingt kann der swimmingpool und das fitnesscenter nicht genutzt werden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet!

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, sehr sauber. Die Zmmer sind geräumig. Gutes Wilan. Sehr guter Service. Schöner Swimminpool auf der Dachterasse (25. Stock). Deshalb schöner Wind. Hat auch Essservice. Gute Qualität zu moderaten Preisen. Lage des Hotels ist auch ok. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel - allerdings muss man wissen, dass in der Soi 4 das Zentrum des Vergnügungsviertels ist und daher die ganze Nacht was los ist. Allerdings hört man in den Zimmern nichts davon. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig - etwas enttäuscht war ich über das spärliche und dann leider fast ausschließlich mit Schweinefleisch zubereitete "Angebot" an Thaigerichten - ich hatte mich durch meine Inselaufenthalte vorher so schön an das morgentliche Thaifrühstück gewöhnt. Wunderbar war der Blick über die City - aus dem Zimmer im 15 Stock oder auch von der Bar im 24 Stock (hier waren tagsüber leider Bauarbeiten). Service und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren top

Leider sehr enttäuschend
Ich hatte mehr erwartet. Für das Geld bekommt man in Bangkok definitiv besseres Geboten, teilweise wurde ich sehr enttäuscht (Siehe unten) Positiv: - sehr freundliches Personal und toller Check in - sehr bequeme Betten und saubere Zimmer - Lage (wenn man es mag) sehr gut Negativ: - der sehr schöne rooftop pool hat lediglich rund 20 Liegen. Definitiv zu wenig bei der Größe des Hotels - Unverschämt: um 18h wird man aufgefordert die Liegestühle zu verlassen, damit der Bereich zu einer öffentlichen, überteuerten rooftop bar hergerichtet werden kann. Wohlgemerkt ist es zu der Zeit noch hell und wir wären sehr gerne noch länger am Pool geblieben. Ich finde das Vorgehen sehr dreist! - leider wird der Pool mit lauter Disco Musik beschallt, was es ungemütlich macht (Geschmacksache) - Aufzüge sind sehr langsam. Zudem war einer außer Betrieb. Sollte nach 3 Tagen wieder funktionieren, war aber auch bei Abreise 6 Tage später noch außer Betrieb - keine echte Lobby, sehr ungemütlicher Empfangsbereich (Bahnhofsatmosphäre) - über den Concierge wurde Ein Flughafen Transfer gebucht. Zur bestellten Zeit war kein Fahrzeug/Fahrer bereit. Nach Nachfrage wurde heftig diskutiert und telefoniert und wir wurden gebeten zu warten. Letztlich kam der Wagen mit 15 Minuten Verspätung und wir mussten unser Gepäck noch einladen. Am Flughafen wurde es dann zeitlich sehr eng. Ich habe in Bangkok im 4 Sterne Bereich in allen Belangen in anderen Hotels besseres Geboten bekommen.

Früstück top, Einrichtungg ein Flop
Das neue Novotel ist sehr sauber, aber schlecht konzipiert. Lange Wartezeiten beim Lift, unbequeme tische beim Frühstück, viel zu eng im Servicebereich, keine Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby. Zimmer mit wenig Stauraum und man kann sich kaum bewegen. Alls jedoch sehr sauber und schnelle Reinigung, freundliches Personal, jedoch am Swimmingpool laute discomusic und Im Fitnessbereich keine Kraftgeräte! Alles in allem, eigentlich schönes Hotel, praktisch gelegen, aber schlecht konzipiert!

sehr empfehlenswert
wunderbarer Aufenthalt, super Hotel mit top Sky Bar. sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal gutes Frühstück mit alles was man möchte. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht die sauberste und leiseste, vom Zimmer aus ist jedoch nichts zu hören.

I always stay a Novotel Sukhumvit 4 when in Bangkok. The hotel is located in busy tourist area very close to Nana Plaza (I don’t go to Nana Plaza). Hotel staff is always very professional and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely appointed with comfy beds and sheets. The hotel has beautiful swimming pool and bar at top of 25th floor- that alone is worth staying here for magnificent views of Bangkok. The breakfast is excellent and offers many food types: western, Asian, Indian. Great selection and again- excellent, friendly service. Outside the hotel at night is very busy and not for the timid traveler, but I always feel safe here- even late at night. Great hotel, great value for your trip to Bangkok!
