Very nice hotel with a very special personal servi
Very nice hotel, close to SIAM Square in Soi 18. Gives all appliances traveller needs, no matter if private or business trip. Very special thank you to Mr. Oui, who gave us a very special service, very trustful, always helpful and very friendly. Wish there would be more Mr. Ouis in this world, he made our stay perfect. Next time in Bangkok we still stay there again for sure.

Eine etwas feuchter Aufenthalt
Ich bin eigentlich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Moderne Zimmer mit allem was dazu gehört. Einzig die Klimaanlage machte Probleme. Es tropfte von der Zimmer Decke. Der Service Monteur, konnte für eine kurze Zeit reparieren. Es fing aber an den nachfolgenden Tagen , wieder an zu tropfen. Noch eine Bemerkung zur Soi 18 Strasse. Eine bessere Beleuchtung in der Nacht , in der Höhe des Hotels wäre wünschenswert.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals im gesamten Hotel. Ein einfacher und problemloser Check-In und Check-Out. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Da dürfte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Die Klimaanlagen in den öffentlichen Bereichen sind auf sehr angenehme Temperaturen eingestellt, was in Bangkok nicht überall der Fall ist (oftmals zu kalt). Auch der Kontakt vor der Reise zum Hotel (Mail) schnell, aussagekräftig und getätigte Zusagen wurden zu 100% eingehalten. Die nächste BTS-Station (Hochbahn) ist in 10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. In nächster Nähe befinden sich Restaurants sowie ein 7- Eleven Wer sich jedoch eine grandiose Aussicht auf Bangkok wünscht ist hier falsch, da dieses Hotel von anderen Gebäuden umsäumt und selbst aber nicht sehr hoch ist. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bangkok definitiv wieder das Park Plaza Soi 18 wählen. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

The hotel was a bit away from Main Street. Staff were all great!!! Breakfast was good, maybe cook the sausages a bit browner. The Upholstery on some other furniture should’ve been cleaned. The view was not good, saw a wall even in an expensive room.

The hotel needs renovation. The hotel needs a central air-con system as the room was terribly hot. The room was rundown with no hot water to shower. My view was of a dirty alley. Pictures are misleading. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was great!

The view from room 418 was really depressing; that of the neighbours window barely a meter away complete with messy laundry. The room itself though reasonably clean was dated and poorly soundproofed. One of the bath towels had stains on it. But the worst part of this hotel in my opinon is the service; check-in /check-out were extremely slow and they have rigid policy of not accepting deposit in other currency other than baht plus staff lacking basic good manners( saying "hah?! when not understanding what was being said instead of sorry/excuse me).

Very nice location if you don't want to be near Nana Plaza madness. Plenty of Thai restaurants within walking distance
