Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht bevor wir zurück nach Deutschland geflogen sind. Gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Flughafen, der funktionierende Flughafentransfer und das freundliche Personal. Leider sprach letzteres nur so schlecht Englisch, dass uns beispielsweise auf unseren Hinweis "There is no warm water in the shower" eine Flasche warmes Wasser aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. So klebten beispielsweise Haare an den Wänden und der Bereich neben dem durchgelegenen Bett war verstaubt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Wir wollten aber mit der Hochbahn in dir Stadt fahren und zur Station laufen. Der Weg dorthin ist laut der Empfangsdame nicht sicher, weshalb wir ein Taxi genommen haben. Die knapp 2 Euro für die Taxe waren nicht schlimm, das Gefühl in einer Gegend zu sein, in der man sich nicht sicher fühlen kann hingegen schon. Leider war das Frühstück auch enttäuschend. Die Spiegeleier waren kalt, es gab nur eine Sorte Marmelade, die Wassermelone hat leicht verdorben geschmeckt und wenn man wie wir keinen Instantkaffee mag, dann wird man mit Kaffee auch nicht glücklich. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Wir werden hier sicherlich nicht mehr buchen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Lage zum Flughafen 10 Minuten, Flughafentransfer super geklappt. Für eine Übernachtung for dem Flug einfach super. Zimmer sauber und Betten bequem. Super Lage 2. Einkaufszenter ganz in der nähe. Der Pool war super. Ich kann dieses Hotel bestens weiter empfehlen. Ich habe dieses Hotel für Januar 2021 schon wieder gebucht.Preis Leistung stimmt.

Preis/Leistung stimmt überaus und für eine Nacht ist dieses Hotel völlig okay. Die Lage ist gut mit einer neuen Shopping Mall in der Nähe. Wäre einfach schön wenn sie die Duschkabine mal gründlich reinigen würden. Ansonsten alles okay.

Kein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum BKK und dem optionalen Shuttle Service gebucht. Wir haben 2x Flughafentransfer gebucht. Von Koh Samui aus sind wir abends in BKK gelandet und hätten 40 Minuten auf den Shuttle warten soll. Die Begründung, „weil das anliegende Shoppingcenter noch geöffnet ist“, war nicht einleuchtend und wir haben uns selbst um einen Transfer gekümmert. Die Rezeption im Hotel war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund unserer frühen Abreise am nächsten Morgen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass sie unser Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereiten. Die Größe des Zimmers war gut, das Zimmer an für sich in Ordnung. Es ist kein Sternehotel und das hat man gesehen. Die Dusche war nicht hygienisch und nicht sauber.. wir haben uns hier leider nicht wohl gefühlt. Für manche Gäste reicht es vielleicht für eine Übernachtung, wir würden jedoch 15-20€ mehr ausgeben für bessere Hotels.

We tried to resolute this issue by restricting their construction hours, which went well for the past 10 months until this past week. They claimed that they were behind schedule for their grand opening in early November. However, we are in the process of negotiating with the contractors of any possible alternatives to avoid any noise disturbance among our valued guests. Der Preis und der Shuttle Service haben mich von diesem Hotel überzeugt. Es ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und für paar nächte passend. Leider ist das Einkaufszentrum daneben noch nicht fertig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Badetücher sind an der Rezeption abzuholen. Wasserkocher in den Zimmern wäre ideal. Mein Balkon hatte keinen Tisch, habe aber wegen 1 Nacht auch nicht nachgefragt

Eine tolle Unterkunft zum relaxen und den ganzen Tag am Pool Sonne zu tanken. Die liegen waren leider eher knapp & eine war auch komplett durchgebrochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber & total schön hergerichtet. Generell war das Hotel samt Personal sehr bemüht. Das Frühstücksbuffet 250 Baht war sehr lecker & üppig für asiatische Verhältnisse. Abzug im Zimmer: das Badezimmer war in der Dusche nicht besonders, da es viele schwarze Flecken an den Rändern gab (anfänglicher Schimmel).

Nettes Hotel vor der Rückreise
Es war die letzte Nacht vor der Rückreise, das Essen war sehr lecker lediglich von den Spaghetti Seafood ist abzuraten da mehr Zwiebeln, Paprika und Pfefferkörner enthalten sind. Gefunden wurden 2 Calamari Ringe und 2 Shrimpse. Auf dem Straßenweg zum Flughafen sind es 16 Km
