Zentral gelegen, Komfort ok...
Das Westinn ist sehr zentral an der Shukumvit gelegen. Durch die Zentralität ist natürlich auch die Lärmbelastung erhöht. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind auch wegen der eher spärlichen Schallisolation der eingesetzten Gläser für empfindliche nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten bietet das Westinn den üblich zu erwartenden Komfort, für ein 5 Sterne Haus vielleicht eher etwas knapp. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt ok.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and to me very important when traveling for extend period. I had 1 issue with housekeeping i found 3 hairs and black lint on sheets and ask housekeeping to change the sheets and was changed immediately so little issue, but next change i will definitely check back into westin on sukhumvit.

The property is in the middle of the town. Traffic around here is horrible. But if you use the BTS train, then you won’t have to deal with the traffic. It is easy to get around.

The overall property condition was good.The suite we were assigned could use a bit freshening up or upgrade. But the room and areas were always clean and fresh. The entire staff we came into contact with was truly amazing. Definitely will stay here again.

For a 5 star hotel, the Westin was just ok. Pros: location is near public transport and shops. Con: the shower didn’t drain properly, the room is dated. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Overall, there are better hotels nearby that would be better options.

Whats not to like, the hotel ticks all the boxes clean tidy safe and in the middle of everything. I cant praise staff highly enough starring moment you arrive the guys on the front door. They make an important first impression. Reception staff are helpful and knowledgeable with any queries or request. Rooms are kept spotless and well stocked. If your thinking of booking a room treat yourself and you wont be upset.
