When making a booking, it clearly states that we are not a 24hr reception and our check in times are between 2-8pm.Maybe if you would have telephoned the hotel and actually spoken to someone, arrangements could have been made. When making a booking, it is wise to read the details before , we held a room for you the guest, it is not our fault that you decided to arrive later.Many thanksWendy
