„Lovely typical Italian venue with pool. Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet good quality with plenty of choice. Adrianna was an absolute gem. She couldn’t do enough for us helping us out enormously with our travel plans. Lots of animals on site ie donkey,Shetland pony, rabbits, geese. Can hear traffic from busy road nearby. Although this didn’t stop us from getting a good nights sleep. “

Beautiful and quiet active farm with beautiful gardens and views you will not believe. A tuscan manor house and property that is remarkable and fun to experience. Everyone was accommodating and gracious and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. “

„Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. The room was very clean, organised, with small little cute details. 😁 Swimming pool and sun beds available as well. Highly recommend. We spent a very nice time there.“

„Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage bei Agriturismo San Rocco verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, der Pool ist klasse und das Personal ist freundlich. Man hat sich als Teil der Familie gefühlt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist super lecker. Wir hatten einmal Frühstück gebucht und das war ebenfalls mega lecker. Das beste Omelett, das wir je gegessen haben. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.“

„Herrliches toskanisches Landhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen in den Hügeln oberhalb Pistoia. Zum nächsten Dorf 2 km, bis Pistoia 5 km über eine schmale, aber asphaltierte Straße. Pistoia hat ca. 90.000 Einwohner und daher zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte.Die Zufahrt am Haus ist steil und nur geschottert. Da sie eine Wölbung und eine Senkung hat und zudem die Abbiegung von der Straße sehr steil ist, ist sie mit Sportwagen und tiefer gelegten Fahrzeugen nur schlecht zu befahren. Mir ...
