« I have previously stayed at this location when it was operated as a bed and breakfast, this time it is only a lodging spot with complimentary drinks which was conveyed in the listing. The home is lovely and easily located in Orange, with quick access to many historical areas. While the Fenton is listed as having a bathroom, which it does, it is a tiny water closet at best. « Host was communicative with easy check in instructions. Loved the location in relation to a local brewery and winery. The bakery and breakfast restaurant on the Main Street were fantastic as easy to walk to. »

« Everything on the property was clean, easily accessible, and just as advertised. Two things to note - the two beds are completely different styles of comfort. One mattress is softer with a creaky bed frame, and one mattress is firmer with a more silent bed frame. Make sure to try them both so you get the sleeping experience you’re most comfortable with. If I did have a complaint, it would be the toilet paper. It was very thin, one-ply toilet paper, and I’m more comfortable with a thicker brand....
