Großes, geräumiges Zimmer. Leider kein Aufzug, die Treppen zum Zimmer waren sehr eng und steil. In der Dusche war leider die Wand voller Schimmel.

La zona comoda perché vicina a 2 metropolitane ( circa 500 mt a piedi) . Personale molto molto gentile e disponibile . Unica pecca quando tornavo la sera tardi la zona non è’ delle migliori .

Bel soggiorno
Ambiente confortevole e personale gentilissimo. Non dispone di un posto auto, ma poco più avanti vi è un parcheggio a pagamento coperto dove poterla parcheggiare (noi per 4 giorni abbiamo speso circa 20 euro) l’appartamento preso è pulito e vi è persino una macchina per il caffè a capsule nespresso. Consigliato.

No hay ascensor, la zona es insegura, no te ayudan con tu equipaje, las escaleras son cualquier cosa, da miedo hasta subir sin bultos. Hace frío y no hay nadie en recepción

Was not able to reach someone at the time we wanted to check in even the check it was at two but our flight came in early so we was at the location about 930 and an email came in and said that they will be available from 7 AM to 11 PM and when we came in no one was available to answer the phone call to be level to answer the doorbell and for us being in this country for the first time we was not able to get it from anybody so we had to result into checking into another hotel that was available for us

Quartier populaire, très loin de l’ambiance de la ville de Barcelone. Le métro est accessible en quelques minutes de marche, et c’est facile de rejoindre le centre de Barcelone.

Era complicado poder tener acceso a alguien que lo ayudara. Todo tenía que ser por medio de WhatsApp. Es un area que no tiene el paso de taxis, solo si se piden. Y el hotel no da este servicio en el momento de salida. Por lo que es complicado ya que tienes que caminar dos o tres cuadras para un taxi y 11 minutos para el metro. El cuarto olía y estaba húmedo todo el tiempo, no tenía máquina para café, la tuvimos que solicitar.

Atendimento precário
Primeiramente, o anúncio não deixa claro a inexistência de elevador. O quarto que pegamos é grande e bom para um grupo de até 6 pessoas. Tem geladeira grande, microondas e utensílios de cozinha. No entanto, não havia senha de internet disponível para acesso, a cama fazia muito barulho ao se movimentar, podendo acordar os outros, e não foram disponibilizadas cobertas para uma noite mais fria (tivemos que dormir com roupa de frio). O chuveiro precisa de manutenção (sai pouca água, para todos os lados, e não para baixo, e molha para fora do box). Mas o pior foi o atendimento: quando chegamos não havia ninguém na recepção e o número de contato fornecido não atendia ligação e nem respondia mensagens. Depois de muito tempo, localizamos no e-mail uma mensagem do mesmo dia avisando que teríamos que buscar as chaves em outro hotel que ficava cerca de 750 metros do local e estávamos com muita bagagem. Apesar de termos avisado que iríamos chegar no horário que chegamos, levamos uma hora e meia para conseguir entrar no quarto. O horário de saída foi agendado, havíamos pedido para deixar as malas no local até a hora de ir para o aeroporto, e mais uma vez não tinha ninguém na hora do checkout. Pediram para ficarmos meia hora aguardando até alguém aparecer ou simplesmente deixar as malas expostas na recepção e as chaves no balcão. Não podíamos aguardar: decidimos ficar com as chaves e deixar as malas no quarto até a hora de ir para o aeroporto, com medo de não ter como pegá-las depois.

It was full of bugs and felt really gross staying there, when we told the front reception he said the bugs are normal. We were freezing at night and only had 1 sheet to cover us , no comforters . The area was alright not much to do and not safe to come back to late at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and the water gets cold if a family of 4 are showering by the last person it is cold. do not recommend this place.

La suite est très belle propre et spacieuse , mais si vous partez en couple y’a zéro intimité les lits c’est face à face , le personnel est au top Alex était tres sympa et présent . Un peu galère pour se garer mais il y’a un parking à 6 minute à pieds le tarif c’est 7,5€ par jour C’est à 30 minute de port olympique mais il y’a 2 station de métro la proximité

Perfect for a cheap stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to 2 metro stations 5-10min which is perrect. Rooms are clean, but there was no room service, which was okay for us, as we only used the room to sleep and shower. The hotel is very modern and environmentally friendly, which we loved! However, the surroundings made us feel a little unsafe, as it was a very rough Indian district. Anyways, the staywas great!

This property is located quite a distance from the main Barcelona city, however, the Barcelona attractions are a train ride or bus ride away. I had not realized the location when I booked. I booked a stay for six people. The space we were given was meant to accommodate 8 people however, there was only 1 bathroom. This facility is not suited for more than one family being that there is no privacy in the place. There were 3 beds all in one room, a set of bunk beds were separated by a wall. There wasn’t a living room so we pretty much laid in the beds when in the room. Also, I didn’t realize that the unit was on the fourth floor. There was no elevator to get there and the stairs were pretty steep with reduced hallway space. Not suited for anyone with knees or mobility problems. Overall cleanliness was ok and the staff was friendly enough. I had never been to Spain but knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful for the last minute booking due to travel issues. It is cute and clean. I like the privacy feeling from other guest. We had two adults and two teenagers in the room. It was a little cramped but we really only needed it for sleeping. It had a kitchen, which was great for saving money. The neighborhood was a okay. It is bit chaotic and I dont recommend driving. Public transit is awesome and you can walk to a lot of place.
