Decent place but too much deferred maintenance.
The overall space was clean and accommodating for our group of ten adults. However, the shower facilities left much to be desired. There were three showers: the first, located in the master bedroom, was a decent size but unfortunately had a significant leak, causing only a trickle of water to come from the shower head. The second bathroom was spacious and boasted great water pressure, but its open design led to water pooling on the bathroom floor. The third shower was functional but quite cramped, making it difficult for an adult man to use comfortably. The situation was exacerbated on the 2nd day of our stay when the hot water heater failed for the day, leaving us with only cold showers. Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues: two bedroom door handles fell off, and one bed frame was broken, causing it to sag. While maintenance responded promptly and addressed the hot water issue, the door handles, and the leaky shower, they did not repair the bed. This situation was frustrating as we had to waste a good part of our day dealing with these issues.
