This was a really unique apartment with balconies overlooking the neighborhood life below. We enjoyed being only a few blocks from the water and were able to walk down to the beach as well as the Barcelona Cathedral or Picasso Museum. It was easy to catch the subway nearby or just eat in one of the places within a few blocks in any direction. The apartment was great with 2 full bathrooms and air conditioning at all 3 bedrooms. We really loved out stay!

Barcelona Apartment

The apartment was in a great location. It was close to the port, restaurants, bars, and cafe’s. There was a small store right next door where we could get beer, wine, snacks and bags of ice! One bed is in a loft and the placement of the A/C unit didn’t provide great airflow to that room so it wasn’t as cool as we would have liked. There were 6 adults but only 4 chairs at the dining table. The couch seated only 3. All in all it was a good place to stay in a great location. I would recommend fan for better airflow in the upstairs wash room and some additional seating in the common area. It would be a great place for four people as is, but with a few added things that would be much more comfortable for six.

Great location - within walking distance of many great sites and restaurants.

This a good property to provide some privacy for two couples, since there is a door dividing the bath and two bedrooms from the family room/kitchen and other loft bedroom and bathroom. Almost like they renovated two apartments into one. The "loft" bedroom has openings to the lower level. There is no elevator up to the property, but good amenities and a well stocked kitchen. It was clean and in a GREAT location. Check in information required from us needed to be asked for much earlier, but the communication and personal attention to welcoming us was very well done.The property was not what I expected as there is graffiti in the entry to the overall building, so that threw me off a bit, however the building is very secure. The decor is artsy/distressed - very cool and interesting. Again - great location!!!!

Great Location

The location was great. The check-in process was smooth and easy - everyone responded to my messages quickly whenever I had a question.The apartment is on a noisy (foot traffic) street. The windows don't close all the way - so be prepared for significant outside noise until about 4 AM. The accommodations were fine. Cleanliness goes a long way - and everything looked great when we got arrived. The bathrooms could use some updates.

Barcelona Trip

It was a great location, steps to the Girona stop on the L4 which connects to other lines easily. The primary bedroom had lots of storage and a nice balcony overlooking the small square with restaurants and pastries. The other bedrooms were a bit smaller, but great for our daughters. There is a washing machine, but nor dryer, you can hang your clothes to dry. The kitchen had everything you might need. The owner was helpful and gave us some dinner recommendations. The apartment was also a short walk to Casa Batlló, shopping and other restaurants. Check out Vinitus, Paco Meralgo and Succulunt. They were our favorite restaurants.
