The Urban Retreat Valencia 1 by EnjoyApartments is situated just a short walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia. This chic one-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or small families (up to 3 guests) looking for a peaceful yet urban getaway.



The Space:

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by natural light illuminating the warm wooden floors, guiding you into a living area where simplicity meets comfort. The living room features a plush greywhite toned sofa that can be converted into a bed, providing a cozy space for relaxation or an extra sleeping area. The elegant wooden dining table with industrial black chairs offers a stylish spot for meals or work.



The bedroom serves as your private sanctuary, equipped with a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The modern decor is consistent throughout, with clean lines and a soothing color scheme that enhances the tranquil atmosphere.



The bathroom is stylishly designed with contemporary fixtures and a walk-in shower, offering a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day.



- The elevator has space for just one suitcase per ride (up and down). So when you are travelling with multiple suitcases keep in mind you might have to go with the elevator in a few go's.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:



All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.



- Keeping things smooth:

For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.



- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.



- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)



- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.



- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.



- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 10.45€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.



- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.



- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.
