Dear John,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Yurbban Ramblas Boutique Hotel with the community of Expedia.com.We close the main door from 11 pm to 7 am only for security reasons. The buzzer is right next to it. It is pretty easy to find. We are more than happy to know that you liked both the service provided by our staff and our rooftop garden. Check-in is at 3 pm but your room was ready at 12:41 pm, according to the message we sent you through WhatsApp. Our boutique hotel has an exclusive lift from Las Ramblas to the loby to have better control of each person who enters and leaves the hotel, in order to guarantee the safety of our clients.We would like you to give us the opportunity to surprise you again in the future soon!Have a great day.Best,
