5 km from the village of Labastide-Clairence, you will discover in the heart of the Domaine de Ximista: the BERGERIE, an independent single-storey cottage, all comfort and all inclusive. On this unique and exceptional site, a 4 ha animal park and a panoramic view of the Pyrenees chain complete the picture. This self-contained, single-story cottage has been listed since 2019. It will be under new ownership from December 2025. Located 200 meters from the owner's house on a 4-hectare property, the cottage is home to three alpacas, a pair of Shetland ponies, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and Cameroon sheep. The property sits on a hilltop with panoramic 180° views of the Basque mountains and the Pyrenees. The cottage includes a living room, a kitchenette (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker + Senseo machine), a lounge (180cm plasma TV, Dyson air purifier/fan), two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed), a shower room/WC, a separate WC, and a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
