Entry level had an under-equipped kitchenette (only 1 glass and 1 cup plus a few miscellaneous pots and pans, plates and cutlery). Basic bathroom with tiny shower. „ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. Die Wohnung hat wirklich Charme und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, alles genau so wie auf den Fotos! Guiseppe bietet einen sehr sehr guten Service! Den Leihwagen haben wir im Parkhaus am Hafen geparkt, vorab online gebucht, das ist preiswert und die Wohnung ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. “

„Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und sehr schnell. Er hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und war ständig zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das direkt nebeliegende Haus voll rennoviert. Die Arbeiten starteten um 7 Uhr an und wurden laut. Man sollte ebenso mit einem Nachtleben am Wochenende direkt vor dem Haus rechnen. “

„First let me saw the place and location is beautiful. I was rather put off by a few things. Meager necessities were provided. It’s a three bedroom place, only two pillowcases. Two bathrooms only two rolls of toilet paper. Two bath and hand towels. No towel for kitchen. Staying in November it gets cold, you have no control of the heater. There is mold everywhere... bathroom, inside appliances, on the wall.... it is filthy, no covers on the bed spreads and stained. Random stuff in the kitchen, one glass, random forks... not enough toilet paper... They refused to give me a refund, then hotels.com said no refund as the accommodation said no, now I appealed on my credit card and they are willing ...

"The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. The guests upstairs started taking a shower after 11 p.m., and the sound of the running water was so loud that it felt like it was coming from inside our own room. It continued until around midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. If the hotel considers renovating the rooms in the future, I would suggest removing the washbasin in the room. Alternatively, some soundproofing or insulation could be added underneath the pipes to reduce the noise. Without this noise issue, I would definitely give the hotel a full score."

"Wir brauchten ein Hotel für eine Nacht, da unser Flug erst um 23.30 Uhr ankam, war eine 24 Hour Rezeption wichtig. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Nicht weit zum Flughafen, Taxi kostete 25€. Frühstück auf einer schönen Terrasse im 3. Stock mit Meerblick. Zimmer sauber und völlig ausreichend. Alles bestens."

"Das Hotel ist leider sicherlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Bei uns hingen sowohl der Spiegel als auch der Fernseher schief an der Wand, ebenso der Toilettenpapierhalter, so dass das Toilettenpapier ständig auf den Boden rutschte. Holz in der Innenseite des Fensterrahmes war matschig. Fernseher verlor - sobald man ihn gestartet hat - die Verbindung zum Internet. Wir hatten uns darauf gefreut, Fussballspiele der WM hier zu gucken - dies war leider nicht möglich."

"Top Lage, kleine Abstriche beim Komfort. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage! Bushaltestellen sind direkt um die Ecke und die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber für einen Städtetrip absolut okay. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Bett könnte etwas bequemer sein. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise der Minibar sind allerdings ziemlich gesalzen. Insgesamt aber ein schönes Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann"
