„One of the nicest Hotels I have ever stayed with! Very nice garden and lovely rooms. We even got an upgrade as we were staying with the whole family. „Cons: we booked a jungle view room which really turned out to be a junk view. Not hotel fault but surrounded area is residential and all dumped in their backyard!! Secondly, it was very very cold in February, and hotel tried to beat it up by portable oil heaters! Three hours and nothing happened!! We complained a lot, and finally they moved us in a room where there was a real wall heater!! Great relief. Good that it was not a busy season and a room was available. „First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.“
