The house is warm and welcoming, with a true family atmosphere. The rooms are air-conditioned, except for the kitchen, which is equipped with a fan, and the bathroom. Each room also has a television.

Home is where the heart is — please feel free to make yourselves comfortable and treat our home as if it were your own.

We also have a garden where you can safely park your car, as well as a dedicated relaxation area equipped with the basic essentials, including a barbecue.

## House Rules

**Fusillo Lorusso Tourist Rental** communicates the following house rules.

The rules to be observed in our apartments are those provided for by law, by this agreement, by the condominium regulations and, above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., unless different arrangements have been agreed in advance with our guests. We kindly ask guests to inform us of their expected arrival time and of any delays.

Upon arrival at the apartment, valid identification documents must be provided (passport, identity card or other suitable document) for the purposes required by applicable law. Our guests’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation.

The tenant acknowledges that their personal details and those of all other persons staying in the property will be communicated to the competent authorities within the deadlines and according to the procedures required by applicable law.

Depending on the property, guests will be provided with keys, remote controls or an access code and may freely leave and re-enter the property during the validity period of the rental agreement.

Keys, remote controls and access codes are intended exclusively for authorised guests and may not be handed over or disclosed to persons who are not part of the booking.

In the event of loss of keys or remote controls, or if the guest’s actions make it necessary to replace locks or access devices, the actual costs incurred will be charged to the guest.

Guests who, through improper use, negligence or carelessness, cause damage to the property, its equipment or items provided for use will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements or extraordinary cleaning. Any confirmed theft or removal of property will be dealt with in accordance with the law.

**Fusillo Lorusso Tourist Rental** is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings, except where liability is attributable to the landlord under applicable law.

On the day of departure, the apartment must be completely vacated of persons and belongings no later than 10:00 a.m., as provided for in this agreement.

Any late check-out may take place only with the landlord’s express prior authorisation and under any conditions agreed upon. A guest’s request alone does not constitute authorisation or an extension of the agreement.

Occasional visits by friends or relatives of guests are permitted, provided that the landlord is informed in advance. Visitors may not stay overnight or make continuous use of the accommodation. All visits must comply with the condominium regulations and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

The tenant undertakes to declare all persons staying overnight in the accommodation. Overnight stays by persons who have not been declared in accordance with applicable legal requirements are prohibited. Where the relevant conditions are met, a violation may result in termination of the agreement and any further consequences provided for by law and by this agreement.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This rule is intended to protect other guests and the property and to reduce the risk of fire.

Cleaning of the property and its facilities is carried out at the end of each stay in accordance with the terms of the rental.

Guests are requested to use the bathroom facilities properly and responsibly and not to dispose of unsuitable materials or objects in the toilet.

Guests are also requested to switch off lights, air-conditioning units and other unnecessary electrical appliances whenever leaving the apartment.

Windows must be kept closed while the heating or air-conditioning is operating, and a reasonable indoor temperature must be maintained.

Do not leave chargers or other electrical devices unnecessarily plugged in when they are not in use.

Any damage discovered or caused during the stay must be reported promptly to the landlord and, where attributable to the tenant or other occupants, compensated in accordance with this agreement.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or any other activities that may disturb the neighbourhood or involve a use of the property other than the agreed tourist use are not permitted.

Guests may make reservations through the booking channels provided by the landlord or through the platforms used for the rental.

The landlord is not responsible for any disruption caused by a total or partial interruption of services such as electricity, water, telephone service or internet connection where such interruption is not attributable to the landlord.

A serious or repeated breach of the obligations set out in this agreement and in these house rules may result in the landlord exercising the contractual remedies and legal actions available under the law, without authorising any form of forced removal of the guest other than those permitted by law.

**A tourist rental agreement must be signed.**
