Garreg Wen enjoys views of the beach and the Llyn Peninsular from the upper floor. Barmouth Bridge, the sandy beach, and The Mawddach Estuary are on the doorstep, as well as Barmouth's fabulous selection of independent shops, pubs, and eateries.

Off the porch & hallway, (useful coat & boot storage area) is this lovely, full-fitted kitchen with a real wood floor. The units are finished in white woodgrain with marble look worktops and breakfast bar. Boasting a great range of quality appliances including:

The carpeted sitting room has 2 X 2-seater sofas, a period rocking chair, and a leather armchair. The focal point is a Victorian Cast Iron fire to enjoy on the winter evenings.
