« Had to change to a room with a shower only for disability reasons. Fire alarm close to 10pm didn't help because it was freezing cold outside in the meeting point in th parking lot. Not a fault of the hotel, but thermal blankets from the fire brigade would have been nice »

« Very comfortable and well equipped, with a nice quiet location just a 5 minute walk to Malvern Priory and about 10 minutes to the woods and start of hill walks. I stayed for a week and thoroughly recommend this property. »

« The rooms were immaculate and serviced daily. Plenty of teas and coffee and milk. Wonderful views from the bedrooms over the Vale. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Good pub grub. Parking limited but managed fine »

« Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is amazing in all respects. It’s historical and very attractive set in extensive grounds. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only had one meal in the hotel and it was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, it’s great. »

« We thought the breakfast buffet choices were limited, however the cooked breakfast was hot and plentiful. The staff were very efficient. Dinner was most enjoyable in a lovely dining room and the bar service was very good. Upon arrival we were given a room upgrade with a four poster bed, this was a lovely surprise. Parking was onsite without additional charge. If you are planning on walking the Malvern Hills this Hotel is in the perfect location. »

« Loved old inn. Staff went over and above to be helpful,dog even had sausage gor breakfast. I found out no lift Expedia said couldn't ca cel without losing my money,when I told them this they said not a problem they would have returned it,again thanks for nothing Expedia. Staff so helpful and helped to get up to bed. Food was to die for had evening meal,lovely fresh cooked menu and breakfast again fabulous. Would recommend and would go again in spite of no lift! »

« Lovely property. Top quality furnishings and well thought out. The large walk-in shower with rain shower head was wonderful. The space was well laid-out and beautifully designed. It felt like a home. Excellent location. Close to restaurants, and in walking distance of the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again. »

I sent her a few potential places to help us choose where we should stay and we were so pleased she helped us choose a great place at no.12! We stayed in the Malvern Hills flat and it was just perfect. First we loved the convenient location and then the security of the building and our flat. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces! I had mistakenly not booked...

« Excellent positioned room overlooking river. Quiet although hotel busy. Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Bathroom spacious though back of door not cleaned lately! Staff helpful. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Only small minus after they had lost that we'd prepaid for a meal . They were polite and I believe a new computer system was the problem but could've said sorry. Overall very enjoyable stay. »
