« loved our short stay here...such a fun house to explore..Reid Park.is amazing and beautiful..though do watch out for poison ivy along the paths! »

« Riverwatch is a wonderful home near the Maine Botanical Gardens. We stay in Boothbay often and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. It was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed cooking our Thanksgiving dinner in the beautiful kitchen. The management crew even left us a Thanksgiving dinner setup. We bring our own, but the thoughtfulness was much appreciated. The property has many beautiful views and is close to the Harbor. The owners should taken...

« We came to New Harbor for a wedding. The wedding and other activities were close to this property. The flower boxes in front were not there and by the front door area was a big weed patch. We were to dispose of our own garbage, we left at 4am on a Monday. Transfer station is not open till 8am and closed on Sunday. The 3 stairs going into the kitchen were an issue for my wife, so we stayed in the lower part of the house »

« We checked in no problem. We discovered shortly after 4 pm we had no water. I got in touch with Vacasa to inform them that we had no water. They said they would contact the local team and they would be in touch with us. This went on all through the evening with the same response except they always asked if there was anything else they could help us with.. At 10 pm we turned in with no water the last message from them was the local team would contact us in the am. We heard nothing from the local...

« This is a beautiful three bedroom home that overlooks the ocean . The path down to the shore is very rough to walk/ climb. We spent much of our time relaxing in the red chairs overlooking the ocean and exploring the surrounding area. We found several wonderful places to eat that were pretty close . The owners were easy to contact. This home is very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed ourselves! »

« The cabin was super cute, very close to the water, perfect for 2 for a weekend getaway. Close to Brunswick and some great seafood restaurants on the islands »

« We had fabulous 4 days in Boothbay , visiting beautiful Penaquid , Southport Island, boat cruise, morning coffee near the water, and delicious food at Waves. Fun to look in different shops too. Bed was comfortable, nice readinbathroom was clean but right in bedroom with curtain but no door. That was a negative. Driveway was very steep for climbing and awkward parking space for unloading which was a challenge for 70 yr olds. Good kitchen area and sunny living room. Rivate and semi detached. »

« Rented for a long weekend with family. The location was great. House was comfortable, clean and just what we were looking for. Loved the fire pit but didn’t get a chance to use it. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. »

« Very well stocked and comfortable home. Off the beaten path, but close to shopping and dining. Our family really enjoyed our stay! »

« As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. »

« Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing. »

« A very pleasant experience. Boothbay is a place of tranquility and beauty. Highly recommended. »

« We enjoyed the view from this home and the location very much. Easy walkability to town and having Dunston’s right down the street was a fun perk. The communal spaces are small but cozy. The weather was rainy while we were there so we spent a lot of time nestled up reading and enjoying the view. My only complaint was there was no coffee provided—pretty small gripe and easily remedied! »

« Very clean and a very well appointed kitchen. Be aware there are about 7 or so steps from the parking area. »

« Great location, very easy to get to harbor, and a great view. Check-in was easy, not having to keep a key on you was also nice. The house was very cozy, perfect for doing puzzles or drinking coffee in the morning. Lots of appliances and home goods to make it easy to cook, iron clothes, hang stuff, etc. Overall we would definitely stay again! »

"We had a nice stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. A basic american breakfast was offered in the morning. The service was polite and helpful. We haven't walked much around the hotel since we were in car. Would recommend to a friend."
