From Pitman's Arch Paradise you can walk to the top of Humphrey's ledge and treasure hunt to find the hidden caves and historical sites from the property. You can walk to public access Saco River and Diana's Bath. Quality and comfortable beds and pillows are a must. Two king sleep number beds in large bedrooms on 2nd floor, queen bed on main floor, and one bedroom with queen sleep number and twin bunk beds and finally, a king with twin over bunk bedroom await sweet dreaming after your exploration and recreation adventures. Additionally, a lofted arcade detached building with a futon, quiet picturesque space includes arcade, air hockey, Mortal Combat Arcade, Multicade with lots of games, Nintendo 64 game system, 55inch TV.

    Want space? We have you covered with a private campsite on the side of Pitman's arch trail, rock climb from property and over 2000 square feet of superior fun.. Large TVs and arcade systems throughout including Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Wii, and Sega Genesis, hidden spaces to explore throughout the house and property offer even more adventure. We love our pets, dog kennels and cat litter box on site! Three decks, one with a hot tub to truly appreciate the White Mountain beauty.... Property abuts New Hampshire State Forest and White Mountain National Forest. Walk to public Saco River access.1 mile, .8 miles to Diana’s Bath, 4 miles to downtown North Conway and all it has to offer, 4 miles to Attitash, 5 miles to Storyland, 3 miles to Cathedrals Ledge. Hiking, snowmobling trails, multiple other ski areas in the area. No matter what you want to do, this property can provide all you want!

My family and I, a total of 12 of us, had an excellent Fourth of July at this place. The house was very cozy, communication was easy, Jess always responded quickly, of course We will definitely come back again.

We had a fabulous stay with a family weekend, staying over for Super Bowl. Host was very responsive if we had any questions! Lots of bedrooms, clean and location was close to everything!

Great property in the perfect location. House offers all kinds of activities and even a perfect place for kids to hang out giving parents a break. Jess is great to work with and very responsive. Would 100% recommend this property for families.

Perfect location for a ski trip - 10 mins to Attitash and to North Conway. Very good equipment, beds, wifi and hot tub. We found the main floor and kitchen a little cramped. Thanks so much for allowing dogs!

Very kid friendly and dog friendly rental! I thought the property was closer to Diana‘s bath, where I could walk there with my two small children, but that wasn’t the case. It was safer to drive. But still, it was a very short drive and allowed us to get there before the crowds got really crazy! Couldn’t figure out the path out back for our Humphreys Ledge, but the rock face in the back was pretty incredible to explore! It was incredibly close to North Conway so we could easily get to the shops or restaurants whenever we wanted. The property on the side is very steep, so you’ll get to work out getting into the backyard no matter which path you choose. But the backyard is pretty level There’s plenty of space. The hot tub was awesome, a perfect way to end the day with a soak and a beautiful view to the night sky.

The property was fine, we made full use of all that it offered. It was clean and well stocked, including some kitchen items we were pleased to find. However, there were many spiders, especially on the bottom floor, which unfortunately happened to be the level best set up for kids to sleep. There were ants in the kitchen, and there was evidence of mice on the lower level as well. We did communicate with the hosts, and sent pictures, and they did have someone come and treat the inside and outside of the house for insects, but that really didn't change anything. We did ask for a partial refund, considering we dealt with spiders and ants allllll week, but we didn't get one.

Jess is wonderful to work with & set up such a fun relaxing vacation home. Our 4 generations from 1 - 88 yo had a great week. The location is perfect for us. Teens were obsessed with the bunkhouse gaming arcade.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property. It was close to all the attractions we were interviewed in. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we cooked dinner at the house every night for a week. It was a child's paradise with all the gaming systems in every room!

Nice and cozy house with lots of amenities! Perfect getaway to the white mountains. Owner was very responsive! It was a great place to stay while we hit the slopes!

Jess was great to deal with, very responsive. We had 4 families staying. 13 adults, 5 children, and a dog. We had plenty of room, even parking. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and arcade. We are so used to bringing everything with us (including Rokus for the televisions). Jess had EVERYTHING! It was so nice to unpack and enjoy! We were only minutes away from Attitash and hiking at Diana's bath. We can't wait to go back.

Great vacation spot!

Amazing selection of games and activities. The hidden game room was the star of the weekend! Super close to skiing and downtown activities. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Great host and great overall experience :)
