« Everything was great »

« This was no fault of the hotel staff but when we arrived, some guests were too close to the front door smoking Marijuana. I didn't see it but everyone could smell it. The hotel could use some renovations as we saw water damage on the walls in our room and the inner part of the bath tub was peeling/flaking. The shower's water pressure was terrible. We had double beds and thank goodness because the sheets had black stains on one bed. Hotel staff was amazing, very helpful and personable. »

« Our shower door had a loose hinge, mold growth on the adhesive that previously secured the soap bottles, and a non-functional handheld shower head. Additionally, black mold was present in the sink's overflow. All other aspects were satisfactory. I believe the absence of a bathroom vent may have contributed to some of the mold issues. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. »

« Odeur épouvantable dans l'hôtel, voyageurs très bruyants, nous avons fait plusieurs sauts pendant la nuit. Il y avait plein de cheveux partout sur le plancher de la chambre, dans les lits et sur les serviettes. Il y avait aussi des taches sur le plancher et des trous dans la porte de la salle de bain. J'ai demandé un bouchon pour le bain et je ne l'ai jamais eu. »

« The front desk was efficient but not necessarily friendly. The property was run down and noisy. Towels and bedding were thin and worn. There was a lack of outlets No blinds or curtain on the window. »

« The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly. Tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room, but there was no connection to the front desk. There was no bath gel wash in the container in the shower. Lighting in the room is very dim. »

« J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Hôtel propre, grand chambre avec un coin salon immense. Le lit et les coussins était vraiment très confortable, mas j'ai dû couper la climatisation qui était trop bruyante ! Accueil rapide et efficace pour récupérer la chambre. Déception pour le petit-déjeuner qui était assez rudimentaire, mais il y a des cafés et restaurants à proximité. Voiture nécessaire pour circuler dans les environs. »
