„We had a broken waterpi“

„Great staff, delicious breakfast, fun pool and you can even use the free trolley of Gatlinburg which picks you up anf takes you back directly at the hotel. “

„Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room“

„The only thing is the property is in a HOA and there is a guy that thinks he is the boss of everyone going around asking questions of every renter trying to intimidate renters with the rules of HOA. First off l am not a member of the HOA so dont be prying and trying to ruin other people's vacation....so l will not be staying here again for that simple reason.“

„We love the cabin“

„Sehr schönes und großes Zimmer. Ansprechende Poollandschaft. “

„We recently stayed here with our two children (ages 3 and 7) and had a wonderful time. The pool was always clean and never overcrowded. Check-in was completely smooth and problem-free. The rooms were very clean, and the washer and dryer were spotless as well. Taking out the trash was easy — we could simply drop it off in the trash room outside the rooms without any issues. The property is clearly well cared for and maintained. Highly recommended for families!“

„We stayed one night. The location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk from Anakeesta and Ripley’s aquarium. Heated pool. Free parking. Not sure what the extra charge from the bar was for, as I paid for my one drink in cash. But otherwise, I would stay again & recommend this hotel.“

„Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra.

„This was our first time at a property like this. This really gave you a semblance of camping - our tent was in the middle of a meadow but there were others towards the edge near the trees if that was your choice. It was family friendly. The food was much better than we expected. There was live music (we could have done without) but it kept all the young ones entertained. The desk staff was very welcoming and were always available. There was no cell service and no internet. But the facility has ...
