Eigentlich ist es schade, dass die Umgebung vor allem am Strand nicht besser aufgeräumt wird. Vom Balkon aus sieht man direkt die diversen Flaschen und Unrat, der in grossen Mengen herumliegt.

Wunderschön gelegenes Strandressort
Das Turi Beach Ressort kann man problemlos mit der Fähre innerhalb einer Stunde von Singapore aus erreichen. Der Shuttle-Service vom Batam Ferry Terminal klappt super. Das Zimmer im Strandhaus mit kleinem Balkon und Sunbed ist großzügig geschnitten, supersauber ... und wenn man die Tür schön zuläßt, erlebt man auch keine Müchenstiche. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr modern und groß, mit toller, ebenerdiger Dusche, schickem Waschplatz und extra WC. Den Pool, der blitzsauber ist, umrahmt von imposanten Kokospalmen, hatten wir jetzt für uns ganz allein. Es war in der Woche und der Hype ist wohl dort mehr am Wochenende und in den nachfolgenden Monaten. Das Team dort umsorgte uns unaufdringlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist das frühe, doch sehr umfangreiche Frühstück, das wir um 4.45 h einnehmen mußten (wegen unseres Rückfluges), um die Fähre rechtzeitig um 6 Uhr zu schaffen. Obwohl wir schon ein recht großes Doppelbett hatten, für 3 erwachsene Personen gebucht hatten, wurde auf Anfrage hin, eine Aufbettung binnen kurzer Zeit vorgenommen.

Nice Old Hotel. It would be still a wonderful location if the managment would fix following items: *) Beachwalkway near Riani (more expensive) Rooms needs to be repaired (since one year at least). It looks horrible, and it is very inconvinient to walk there *) Beach Cleaning: Sometimes the beach is cleaned, but most of the times there is seeweed and plastic bottles. *) Walkway near RianiRooms: Not cleaned at all, 150meters the bridges are broken. I think they dont invest anything in that hotel anymore. Its a pitty, as the staff is doing an excellent job. The food is excellents (although the number of different menues is very limited) Besides that of course the ocean is not really clean, it does not invite going inthere. Finally I can recommend that hotel as during the week near no other tourist comes here and it is really relaxing and nice. We enjoyed a complete week of vacation here. All comes down to excellent and friendly staff members.

Old, but nice Hotel. Management is very bad. You can see trash right next to the hotel on the beach, broken and ugly walkways on the beach and very expensive food. Dirt (seaweed) on the beach was just hidden under the sand. 2 of my 3 days water was cold in the morning despite my complains. Due to the very remote location, you have to eat and do stuff within the hotel complex, or the partner hotel 500m away. Taxis near impossible to get, and shutte bus to town once a day.Ocean is very dirty due to the close route of all container ships - I would not enter the water.. :-) However.. I liked it for laying on the (not heated) pool in nice environment. Monkeys came visiting me in the morning ;-)) . Good enough for one weekend - but not more.

Overall, good for families who want a short getaway. Food served is fantastic - breakfast is fresh and has a good range; teppanyaki restaurant and the in-house cafe serve excellent, tasty food. Rooms are spacious. Water pressure and heating in the bathroom are great. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping response is reasonably fast. But facilities and room can be improved - a little old & dusty with spider webs at corners; toilet bowl was clogged but fixed within the hour; linen and pillows have a used smell. Pools are fun but the waters are a little murky, and should be cleaned and filtered better. The beach has a lot of washed up trash and natural sea debris - a pity, especially for children looking for a safe and clean stretch of beach to do sand play - perhaps the hotel should clean it up regularly and tourists/guests should also be responsible to clean up after themselves.

The resort was quiet and secluded, a good place to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff were welcoming and friendly especially the masseuse. So good were the massages that we went twice. Although it looks like it needs a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance, the amenities worked as intended. The only complain was the smell from the toilet as there isn't a vent to suck out the bad odours.

Turi beach hotel is perfectly positioned on the beach. The staff are so helpful and smiley. We were picked from Nongasura ferry, by a complimentary shuttle bus. It's so peaceful and relaxing, we virtually had the beach to ourselves. We loved Happy hour on the Island bar, with perfect views. Although the menu is limited, we chose to eat there each night. The menu could be repetitive if you were there for long, but we always found something we liked. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, with daily cleaning and towel change. This is our second visit, the only reason we wouldn't return, is because the world's a big place!

A little slice of heaven
Hard to imagine Turi is less than an hour away from Singapore. The beaches are not as clean as we'd like, but this is a common problem plaguing the islands, and thankfully we didn't see much plastic waste. The resort itself is clean, the food great and the spa treatments fantastic. We'll definitely be back for more weekend getaways.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Il propose des transferts gratuits depuis et vers le débarcadère de Nongsa. Les bâtiments s'intègrent très bien dans le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, notre très grande chambre à proximité immédiate de la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les deux piscines, le bar sur la jetée, les repas abordables, la plage et les rochers en granit qui évoquent la Bretagne quand la marée se retire. Bref, un excellent séjour dans un magnifique "resort" tropical, à proximité de Singapour, pour des tarifs très raisonnables.

바탐에 가면 항상 숙박하는 호텔이며 쾌적하고 전망 좋고 깨끗한 호텔이다 주말에는 숙박인원이 늘어나 다양한 식사를 제공하고 있으나 평일에는 식사할 만한 레스토랑이나 밤에 즐길만 한 것이 부족한 것이 아쉽다 또한 아침 조식 부페가 너무나 질이 떨어져서 예를 들면 쥬스의 경우 과즙을 짜서 만든 천연 쥬스가 아닌 분말가루로 색소와 설탕으로된 쥬스가 제공되며 음식의 종류도 제한적인 것이 안타깝다 놀거리 야외풀 마사지 골프 등 활동할 것이 좋고 뚜리를 사랑하여 항상 가고 싶은데 조식이 별로라 고민이다

On a whole, the place was great! Only thing I can say that need improvement is the gift shop, pretty much nothing there, and going into the town. A shuttle to and from town for a nominal fee would be better than paying Rs180000 EACH way for a taxi.

This was a terrible experience for my family. The good. It is a large resort with some good areas for pictures. We did enjoy the pools. The staff are friendly and smile. The bad. We checked in and went to our room. The room is in major need of a paint job, the high ceiling in particular is supposed to be white but has black patches of dirt or mold. These rooms are old so don't expect a Marriott. We arrived around 7pm so we went out to eat at the pier where the front desk said there was a bbq. They say we can but first we want to walk to the end of the pier and back. He says fine, come back and decide. We walked to the end of the pier and back in less than 10 minutes. Upon return, there was a different person at the front. They laugh when I ask for a seat, saying there is no room for me. Empty tables but they say reserved. I tried to explain but to no avail. We go back to the room to order room service. There is no menu. I call the concierge. They say they can read the menu to me. No, I want to see a menu. They tell me to go down and get one at the restaurant instead of offering to bring one. So I walk to the restaurant and get a menu. I tried to call to order and cannot get through so I walk back to order. Over an hour later at 9pm our food comes. Next day I reserve the bbq. We show and they can't find the reservation. They got the room number wrong. We ask front desk for mosquito repellent. They say go to store. We go to store they say go to front desk. Don't go!

Wonderful stay.
We chose the Tirta Premiere, right in front of the swimming pool and beach. Absolutely no regrets as it was a wonderful experience every morning to wake up to the sound of the sea and the ocean wind. Will definitely come back and choose the same room again if possible. Our stay was at the end of Jan so it wasn't as crowded as we expected. Timing is crucial if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. The only inconvenience was my request for late checkout. When the request was made the night before we were due to check out, front desk said ok and confirmed the price. We were told the next day that we still had to check out on time due to the room being booked already. I believe it was miscommunication but until today I'm still not sure on the late check out process. Overall the experience was still great, and we're planning a trip back soon with a late check out included next time.

Beautiful resort with nature all around. Very kind staff as well. Only wish the beach was clearer water but it was monsoon season.
