« We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon »

Lots of board/card games and the kitchen had all of the required appliances except a sandwich toaster would make it perfect. No wifi available. The parents didn't mind this too much but the (some adult, one teen) children were not so happy. »

« The house is in a beautiful location. The beds and towels were clean and comfortable. The negatives were that there was only one fan for three bedrooms and with no aircon that was not good enough. There was also no cd or dvd player so we couldn’t listen to our music or watch movies, no Netflix etc. There was also a lot of spider webs and grit falling down on the upstairs bathroom vanity from the gaps between the ceiling and the sky light. « Our family of 2 adults, 1 child and 1 dog loved Sandy's Shack. The house is small but comfy. We ate our meals outside on the front verandah. Gannet and Murramarang Beaches both a short 450m walk away. Cormorant beach. just a little further, Bawley Beach a short drive or bike ride away. All beaches are dog friendly. We took our bikes and rode them every day. An IGA supermarket, bottle shop, chemist, bakery, gift shop, takeaway and newsagent are 800m away.We had a delicious meal at Merry St...
