« The floors were filthy when we arrived. After messaging the host, he had them cleaned. It should have been clean when we arrived. Thermostat kept changing itself back to a warmer temperature each day while we were gone. So we came back to a warm unit. There were ants in the kitchen that got into our dogs’ food dish. No hair dryer or broom, even though those things were listed as amenities. »

« Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

« Our VRBO experience was lovely! Our hosts were so communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. The nice warm home was perfect during the chilly time of year, and having a driveway was helpful as we had quite a bit of luggage. The home was clean and we were very grateful for all the towels, blankets, and pillows. This location is very close to highway access, and be sure to head down to the main street in adorable Lees Summit if you visit! We plan to stay here again during future visits...

« We had a great family time for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the cleanliness, nice beddings, decor, and large dining table for our meal. Nice to have 2 large couches and tvs in all bedrooms. The kitchen appliances were nice. Loved having fenced backyard. We do have some suggestions: bathrooms tile floors need to be replaced because of cracks and loss of grout. Woodwork paint by tub needs repainting. The upstairs shower has strange reactions with the water. The kitchen...

« We enjoyed a quiet, comfortable stay at Blind Boone Bungalow. The living room furniture and the king bed were comfy and the decor was charming. The host responded to our one request within a couple of minutes. »
