Our Team was so upset to hear that you had to wait 10 minutes and eventually receive assistance via our Lovely Housekeeping staff, We have trained them to ask, since morning to mid day is a 0 check in time the front desk assists in other areas of the hotel to assure everything is done in a swift and timely manor.
