Sehr großes, geräumiges Zimmer
Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bett gemütlich. Leider war die Luft im Zimmer etwas muffig und es roch unangenehm. Sehr guter Preis für eine Nacht.

Upon checking in, a sign was posted that they no longer served breakfast which was not mentioned on the advertisement. With no elevator to be found, we hiked our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Adults & children were hanging out on the walkway as if they were "chillin on the stoop"- did not make me feel comfortable at all. We walked in to our NONSMOKING room to smell the strong odor of cigarette smoke-I'm allergic!! With one step into the door, a roach runs across the floor in front of my foot. I'm freaking out abt the roach, and my son is screaming that he is more worried about the wasp flying around the room. Bed coverings had unknown spots &stains. The bathroom floor had dried spots of only God knows what in front of the toilet, &omg the shower! My son, who really could care less, said the shower &curtain were so gross he refused to take a shower. It was nasty! Approx 30 mins in the room, we smell WEED! Upon checking out, the lobby door was locked down like Fort Knox which reaffirmed my fear of this area being unsafe. I knocked on the glass, but I saw no one near the office counter. I knocked harder, & I saw a woman who had been curled up on the lobby sofa/chair sound asleep that had jumped up from me knocking. She didn't even ask me about my stay or if I needed anything. All in all, this was among the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I will make a point to NEVER rent from America's Best ever again! I left with inflamed sinuses from the smoke in my nonsmoking room.

Rooms large and clean. Showers were excellent. Bedding was a tad soft for my liking and the room could use a comfortable chair because you have so much dead space in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Did not even stay! Checked out within an hour!
I did not stay. I was there maybe an hour and checked out. I was there with my 12 year old daughter. We were in the area for a softball tournament and wanted to stay close by rather than travelling home an hour and a half in the evening and then returning the next morning. As as soon as I checked in, I felt uneasy about the place. There were what seemed to be perhaps construction workers or something alike staying at the same hotel....many of them....outside of their rooms surrounding ours, drinking, smoking, just hanging out. They were outside, and I did not feel comfortable or safe with my child. The room smelled like dog, and although looked neat and tidy, it was not clean. There was mold in the corners, there was cigarette burn holes in the bed comforter, and the refrigerator door did not open. There was one set of towels in the room. I called the front office, well attempted to call and the line never worked, it was just busy. So, I walked through the worker party of men outside to the front office to ask for another set of towels, and the front desk clerk said he didn't have any. I was a bit puzzled and asked him what do you mean? I only have one towel. He said " the person that does the towels isn't here". He then said, your room is a one king bed so you only need one towel. I said well, technically, I can have myself and two of my children in the room or two adults, so you mean to tell me we have to share a towel?? He just shrugged his shoulders. No apology! Terrible!

We did not know in advance of no elevator but we're given a 1st floor room when we asked. Also no breakfast as advertised. The first two mornings we had coffee in room but the last day they did not leave coffee so we left that morning with no coffee and no breakfast.

We had burn marks in the pillows, and sheets. No blankets were provided. Holes in the walls, and mold in the bathrooms. There were dollar general shopping carts in the stairwell, the mainteance man looked like he was on drugs and had holes in his shirt. There was trash everywhere outside. I had put a sock in the peep hole because you could see inside. The neighbors upstairs sounded like they were fighting all night long. There was blue ink on the sheets on one bed too, and i took video and photos of all this.

The rooms were clean. My only complaint was whoever was next door to us had revolving cars pulling into the parking space and continuous people knocking/banging on the door. When we entered the room it stank. After running the a/c for a while it improved but never went away. The bedspreads had holes in them. No breakfast. Somewhat uncomfortable bed.

Hello Guest, Thank you for your review, your feedback, and your comments regarding your stay. We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

It’s not a good place for children, or anyone at that matter. It seems like a lot of drug activity, and people are in and out all throughout the night, and dirty at this place. I wouldn’t recommend going, nor staying here at all!
